Who we are

N&L Business Systems, Inc (“N&L”, “we”, “us”) sells, services and supplies copiers, printers and IT services across the Upper Cumberland of Tennessee. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, company, phone number, email address, service address, equipment details and the content of your requests, when you call us, fill out a form on this website (service, supplies, quote or call-back requests), or place an order.
  • Calls — calls to our office may be answered by our automated virtual receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request and improve our service.
  • Website usage — like most websites, we use cookies and analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, and spam protection (such as Google reCAPTCHA) on our forms.
  • Orders — online orders are processed by our store and payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your requests, schedule and perform service, deliver supplies, bill for our products and services, keep our customer records, and improve our website and service. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

N&L Business Systems sends work-related text messages to its own employees and technicians only — service call assignments, dispatch updates and messages that callers leave for a specific employee. We do not currently text customers or the public. If we add customer text messages in the future, they will only be sent to people who opt in for them, and this policy will be updated first.

Employees opt in by giving the office their mobile number and signing a written consent form. Consent is not a condition of employment.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call the office at 931-823-6134.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example phone, messaging, email, payment, hosting, and equipment-manufacturer service and supply programs), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

We keep customer and service records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
