About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nlbusinesssystems.com and to the employee text message program of N&L Business Systems, Inc (“N&L”, “we”, “us”). Sales, service contracts and supply agreements are governed by the written agreements and invoices for those products and services.

Information on this website is provided for general purposes. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice; quotes are confirmed in writing. Please do not misuse the website or its forms. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Text messages (SMS) — program terms

  • Program: N&L Business Systems work texts — service call assignments and dispatch updates for our technicians, and messages that callers leave with our phone receptionist for a specific employee. Messages are sent only to N&L employees; we do not text customers or the public.
  • How you opt in: employees give the office their mobile number and sign a written consent form, which we keep on file. Consent is not a condition of employment.
  • Message frequency varies with the work assigned. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP (or END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT) at any time. You will get one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START.
  • Help: reply HELP, call the office at 931-823-6134, or email sales@nlbusinesssystems.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, N&L is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the text message program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
